The St. Petersburg Philharmony opens on September 15 its 81th season with the concert of Academic Symphonic Orchestra of Philharmony. The orchestra has just returned from a triumphant tour in European summer festivals.

Philarmony dedicates the new season to one of the greatest opera composers of the XIX century Guiseppe Verdi. The Academic Symphonic Orchestra together with the St. Petersburg choir will perform the great composer's famous requiem on September 15.
