Festival of independent and small-budget movies “Rowdy film festival – Pure dreams IV” will be held in “European cinema hall” (Dom Kino cinema center) November 6-9.

“Rowdy film festival” is an annual event, a festival of modern young cinema. Its organizers gather all independent non-commercial movie makers from Russia, CIS and foreign countries together to give them an opportunity of introducing their art to public. This festival has been held in St. Petersburg twice and is one of the largest events in Russian independent cinema. All festivals has been accompanied by concerts of Petersburg's famous musicians – “Tequilajazz”, “Kolibri”, “Volkov-Trio” - and by Finnish band “Cleaning women”.
