190th anniversary of Imperior Lyceum of Tsarskoye Selo was celebrated October 19 in Pushkin. Winners of Tsarskoye Selo annual arts award were announced in the Lyceum Grand Hall. This year they are Yakov Gordin, co-editor of the "Zvezda" magazine, Georgian film director Otar Ioseliani, Italian public figure Leolucchi Orlando, director of the Hermitage Mikhail Piotrovsky, Anatoly Sobchak (posthumously), actor and director Yury Tomashevsky, and Sergey Chuprinin, chief editor of the "Znamia" magazine.
