A Constituent conference of Russia's Union of museums opened in Glinka State Academic Capella. Representatives of all Russian regions gathered in St. Petersburg to found a new creative Union - of museum workers. Minister of culture M. Shvydkoy and Governor of St. Petersburg V. Yakovlev participated in the conference opening ceremony.
