On February 8, at 4 p.a., the exhibition “Without the Wall. Countries of East Europe during the Period of Reforms. 1989-1999” by Anthony Suou will open in the Marble Palace (Millionnaya Str., 5). The exhibition presents about 150 photographic works of the American Anthony Suou. The works reflect different aspects of East-European countries’ life during the decade after the Berlin Wall was destroyed (fragments of military operations in Kosovo, Chechnya and other conflict regions go along with interiors of Bryntsalov and Tsereteli).
The exhibition is organized together with the Moscow House of Photography. A. Suou himself and O. Sviblova, director of the Moscow House of Photography will be present at the opening ceremony.
