The festival is organized by Cannon Dance School. The main idea of the festival is to unite different trends in jazz culture and popularize jazz dance and music as a part of modern culture.

The festival comprises both training and concert programs. In the course of the festival famous foreign and Russian dancers will hold master classes and perform in St. Petersburg concert halls and jazz clubs.
