In the Museum of bread on Tuesday the exhibition "Petersburg bread today" which work will last till October, 17, has opened. Leading bakeries have presented on an exposition the best products. Here it is possible to see both classical "bricks" with long loafs, and medical bread, and bread without yeast, confectionery products, bread sculptures (a mill of ring-shaped cracknels, bread casket and an edible violin). For retrograd persons the bakery of 80-ies of the last century with its assortment, coupons on tea and other attributes of shop of the Soviet period is recreated.

The similar exhibition is carried out in St. Petersburg the third year and dated for a professional holiday of bakers which this year is marked October, 13. The Museum of bread prepares itself for its tenth birthday.
