The exhibition "Lomonosov places of Saint Petersburg: last, present and future" will open November, 19 in the Central library named after M.V.Lomonosov. As management of library has informed, the exposition is devoted to birthday of the great scientist. Materials from funds of the Museum of M.V.Lomonosov, including models and sections of the buildings connected to the name of the scientist will be presented at the exhibition.

Also November, 19 next Lomonosov readings will begin. Their theme is problems of safety of the memorial places connected to the name of Lomonosov in Saint Petersburg and suburbs. The special attention will be given to a problem of preservation of the Chemical laboratory created under the initiative of Lomonosov in 1748. It is the first research and educational laboratory in Russia. There Lomonosov made chemical experiments, developed the course of physical chemistry, began to create mosaic pictures.
