November, 27 in city on Neva XX festival "Sports and creativity", devoted to the World decade of invalids, will start. As committee on physical training and sports of city Administration has informed, about 5 thousand children-invalids from more than 10 regions of Russia will take part in action. The program of festival includes the championships of Russia on hockey on a floor and on figure skating.

On completion of festival December, 1, in the Palace of sports "Jubileiny" parade and rewarding of the best sportsmen-invalids and trainers of the year will be held. On ice of sport complex the concert of stars of figure skating will take place.
