The museum of the Constantine Palace has been opened to the public. It was told by Gennady Yavnik, director of the International Charity Foundation “The Constantine Palace and Park in Strelna”. According to Mr. Yavnik, the Blue Room, the Marble Room and the Assembly Room were already opened for visitors, as well as the park adjoining the palace. Two temporary exhibitions, “Heraldry” and “Glory of the Russian Seas”, were also opened.
“Yet the Constantine Palace and Park lack the most important thing, the Museum of the State System,” – said Gennady Yavnik. – “We are planning to open this museum in a year. During this year, the Foundation will purchase pictures and antiques for the museum.”
