London. In Monday begins concert tours of Mariinsky Theatre. According to the tradition artists of the leading Russian Theatre of Opera and Ballet will perform on the best London scene – The Royal Coven-Garden.

Mariinsky Theatre group has been known in London since soviet days as “Kirovsky Ballet”.

In the British capital the troupe will perform by the accompaniment of Mariinsky Theatre orchestra under direction of the famous conductor Valery Gergiev. During 3 weeks the best 23 ballet performances of Mariinsky Theatre will be presented for English public.
