"Festival in Rio-de Janeiro is very democratic, a winner must be determined by spectators' voting, that's why I even wasn't there at all", - said Konstantin Bronzit. "Anima Mundi" Festival takes place annually, cartoon films made for the last two years can be participated. This year 361 cartoon films from 38 countries were featured at the festival this year.
