St. Petersburg's cartoon film "Deity" became a prize-winner of the Festival in Rio-de-Janeiro

Russia cartoon film The second place was awarded to he British producer John Chorkon for his work "The last rumba in Rochdale". The third prize-winner became St. Petersburg's producer Konstantin Bronzit with his work "Deity".

According to Konstantin Bronzit it wasn't his first victory at the "Anima Mundi" Festival: in 1999 his cartoon film "Tough nut" was named the best in the Videotape Animation Category, in 2000 his work "At the world's end" became the best Cinefilmed Cartoon Film. "Festival in Rio-de Janeiro is very democratic, a winner must be determined by spectators' voting, that's why I even wasn't there at all", - said Konstantin Bronzit.

"Anima Mundi" Festival takes place annually, cartoon films made for the last two years can be participated. This year 361 cartoon films from 38 countries were featured at the festival this year.
