According to RIA “NEWS” in the clipping service of the State History Museum of St. Petersburg, ten evenings (from 8 to 17 August) at the Sobornaya Plochshad (Cathedral Square) will sound famous carilyon music.
On carilyon /musical instrument consisting of several bells of different sizes and sounding with the help of a keyboard mechanism/ will be performed Russian and Flemish folk music and compositions of Iohann Sebastyan Bach, Yozhef Giden, Juzeppe Verdi and Peter Chaykovskiy.
