Administration of St. Petersburg has decided to transfer 15 million rubles to "The restoration of the Cathedral of St. Catherine in the Tzarskoe Selo" Charitable Fund to recover the costs associated with restoration of the church.

When the Metropolitan Kirill visited Tsarskoe Selo, it has made him indelible impression. So he wished to make a prayer June 24 2009 at this cathedral. By this time the church must be restored.
