The ceremonial opening of "The Modern Art Gallery" will be held at the Konstantinovsky Palace today.

"The Modern Art Gallery"Gallery of Modern Art " is the first social project of "Konstantinovsky" Auction House. A key goal of the gallery - to acquaint the Russian people, residents and guests of St. Petersburg with the work of Russian artists and sculptors, whose works are kept in foreign collections. There will be exhibited works of the Russian masters, whose works have a significant impact on the development of Russian culture.

Gallery starts with the opening of the paintings and works of glass exhibition by Russian artist Boris Chetkov. He is a founder of the St. Petersburg fantastic realism school.
