CONTENTS

Act I

Mr. Drosselmeier is hurrying to the feast. Feast at Stalbaums'. Mr. Drosselmeier's present. Masha is sorry for the Nutcracker. Night wonders in the drawing room. Fight between mice and soldiers. The Nutcracker thanks Masha for rescuing and invites her to visit his Doll's Kingdom. Cold snowflakes do not scare them off and they set off.

Act II

Doll's Kingdom is in Mouseking's power. The Nutcracker kills Mouseking and rescues Masha. The Nutcracker turns into a fine Prince. The animated toys thank Masha and Prince. Masha and Prince are fabulously happy.
