Following specialists are authorized to carry out expert evaluation if items declared in order to be exported or temporarily exported, or items returned after temporary export ^[2]

Specialists authorized by the Ministry of Culture of Russian Federation and the State Archive to carry out expert evaluation;

Specialists of museums, archives, libraries, restoration and research organisations, other specialists.
